What exooda collects, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders.

Effective August 5, 2026

Information we collect

When you create an account, exooda receives your full name and email address. Passwords and Google sign-in are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase; exooda does not receive your Google password. If you use Google sign-in, we may receive basic profile information that Google shares with the account, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

We also store schools you choose to save, essential session information, consent records, and limited technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How information is used

  • Provide, secure, and recover your account.
  • Keep your saved-school shortlist available across sessions.
  • Prevent abuse and diagnose service problems.
  • Meet legal obligations and maintain audit records.

Service providers and links

Supabase provides authentication and database services. Google provides the optional sign-in flow. Official school and government links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account and saved-school information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, legal, or backup purposes. You may remove saved schools at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact hello@jadyndesignlab.com.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be identified by a revised effective date. This product-stage policy should be reviewed by qualified Canadian privacy counsel before a public production launch.
